[07 Jan 2010|03:53pm] _cavities I started to attempt to fill out one of those year in review/year in photographs sort of deals, but I'm so apathetic in regards to livejournal these days that I couldn't be bothered to follow through. But I will post my new year's resolutions for 2010: 1.) Read everything written by Gabriel Garcia Marquez, including his nonfiction. I obviously have a far way to go. ( So far... ) 2.) Emily and I will hike a new trail every weekend. 3.) Sort of an addendum to number 2: start taking proper care of myself. This includes some really simple things (getting in the habit of taking my makeup off before I go to bed, perhaps?), but is mostly composed of losing 20 pounds... most of which I swear I have put on in the one month that I've been living at my parents' since I have been back from Costa Rica - the joy of having food readily available is too much too handle! Oh, and I'm seeing Sonic Youth this Sunday! Alone, if I have to. I must have gotten tickets the minute before they sold out, because none of my friends were able to snag one. post comment
